Last Updated: June 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and winpak ("winpak", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the winpak website located at winpak.vip, including all content, features, games, betting markets, and payment services available thereon. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the winpak platform.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the winpak platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. winpak reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of the relevant account pending verification. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on winpak. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. winpak reserves the right to void all winnings, bonuses, and balances associated with duplicate accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpak login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. winpak is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.
winpak may require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at registration or at any subsequent point. KYC documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or permanently closed.
winpak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Visa / Mastercard where available. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the winpak cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise permitted by winpak at its discretion. winpak targets the following withdrawal processing times, though these are not guaranteed:
winpak reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable anti-money laundering procedures. All bets and game rounds placed on winpak are final once confirmed. winpak will not reverse or void a settled bet or game round except in the following circumstances: (a) the event was cancelled and not replayed within the applicable timeframe; (b) a manifest error in odds or game settings occurred that was clearly outside the reasonable range; (c) evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is identified by winpak's integrity team.
winpak uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software for all virtual game titles. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical processes conducted by human dealers in a studio environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpak platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the winpak platform, including but not limited to the winpak name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and game assets, is the intellectual property of winpak or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpak platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winpak content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the winpak platform. winpak does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of its services. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability.
winpak's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winpak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using winpak, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. winpak will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
winpak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through winpak's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where these apply under applicable local law.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of winpak is lawful in their jurisdiction. winpak makes no representation that its services are legal in all territories. Access to winpak from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk.
